I will say THAT kind of violence would turn my stomach and is sick and disgusting. Of course we all know that attacking a man's groin like that is not acceptable in reality but videogames are not reality. Just because a videogame shows a guy hitting another guy in the head with a shovel (or a guy smacking a girl in the head with a shovel or a girl smacking a girl in the head with a shovel for all that matters) doesn't mean people are going to go out and start buying shovels (so they can smack people). I would not buy that game if it contained disgusting violence like the attack on a man's groin since I don't think that is entertaining (I don't think most people do). I probably won't even buy the less disgusting version since I am not that big on violence. But everyone has different tastes and I would never stop someone from buying what they like.
